AI for Lithuania's long-established companies.

We build and deploy artificial-intelligence solutions for manufacturing, logistics and trade companies — so that technology takes over the routine work, and your people work where they are actually needed. Fixed price, clearly measurable results.

01

Why now?

Your company has run for decades. Processes turn, clients are familiar, the team is reliable. But three things are changing at once — and waiting is becoming more expensive than acting.

I.

The labor market has run dry

66% of industrial employers struggle to find workers, and preparing a new employee takes about half a year (Industry Digitisation Roadmap 2020–2030). The official shortage list: machine operators, long-haul drivers, welders. AI agents take over the routine so people work where they cannot be replaced.

II.

Competitors are already moving

In 2025, 20% of EU enterprises used AI — up 6.5 percentage points in a single year. Lithuania’s growth (+12.5 pp) was the third largest in the entire EU. Whoever implements first in their sector sets the bar on price and speed for everyone else.

III.

Excel rests on one person

Orders by email, invoices by hand, reports on Friday night. Only 4% of Lithuanian growth firms have a digitalisation strategy (OECD; EU average 22%). That is not backwardness — it is the largest untapped opportunity in the market.

IV.

Support comes in waves

The state allocated €473M to digital transformation under "Next Generation Lithuania". The Innovation Agency periodically opens calls covering up to 50% of AI implementation costs for manufacturers. Calls open and close — the prepared win.

What we do

Start · 01

Free consultation

We go through your processes and systems with you and deliver: a process map, 3–5 AI opportunities with an indicative return, and a plan for what to do next. Free and with no obligation — if you decide not to build, the findings are still yours.

Project · 02

AI implementation projects

We deploy in modules — from a single process to a company-wide system: document-flow automation (invoices, orders, CMR), customer-service agents, production and warehouse analytics, integrations with your ERP and accounting. You start with a pilot module and expand as needed; staged payments against acceptance criteria.

Navigation · 03

EU funding navigation

We assess your eligibility for Innovation Agency and other calls, prepare the technical part of the application, and align the project with funding requirements. For manufacturing SMEs the state has covered up to 50% of such project costs (€15,000–70,000 grants).

Concrete examples

What you can actually automate today

Not promises — technologies working right now. These are the most commonly deployed solutions in manufacturing, trade, logistics and services; we adapt them to your processes.

01

Order intake

Orders arriving by email, PDF or Excel are automatically recognised and entered into your ERP — no manual re-typing.

02

Invoice & CMR processing

Invoices, waybills and export documents are read, and the data flows straight into your accounting.

03

Customer-service agent

Answers questions about orders, stock and deadlines around the clock in Lithuanian; hands complex cases to a human.

04

Quote preparation

From an incoming inquiry, a quote draft is prepared against your price lists — your team just confirms it.

05

Email triage

Incoming emails are classified (order, inquiry, complaint) and reply drafts are prepared for the routine ones.

06

Internal knowledge assistant

Staff ask about procedures, contracts or data in plain language and get an answer with a link to the source.

Every solution integrates with your systems, data is stored on EU servers (GDPR), and where AI processing happens is listed in our privacy notice.

03

How we differ

In Lithuania, AI services are mostly offered by hourly specialists (€33–70/h): chatbots, isolated automations. We work differently.

05

EU funding

Lithuania has earmarked record sums for business digitalisation — the "Promote enterprise digitalisation" measure alone holds €66M, and the wider "Next Generation Lithuania" plan reaches €2.3bn. But the money is released through specific calls that open and close — so the priority is to be ready in time.

Manufacturing · in waves

Up to 50% of AI implementation costs

The Innovation Agency periodically opens AI-implementation calls for manufacturing SMEs: €15,000–70,000 grants, up to 50% of costs (operating ≥2 years, revenue ≥€145,000). The latest call (No. 02-126-K) is exhausted; new calls (No. 02-131-K, 02-132-K) are planned under the "Promote enterprise digitalisation" measure.

Status: currently closed / awaiting a new call. We track it and alert you.

EDIH Vilnius — subsidised services

The European Digital Innovation Hub EDIH Vilnius (under the Digital Europe Programme) offers SMEs part-funded AI and digitalisation advisory, technology testing and training — including for logistics, trade and services companies that have no grant available yet.

We check eligibility and the scope of services together with you.

Important: EU grants are released in waves, and as of mid-2026 there is no open grant for an AI implementation project, while the existing AI calls cover only the manufacturing sector. We do not guarantee funding. During the audit we give an honest eligibility assessment, and when a call opens we prepare the technical part of the application.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

To start — nothing. The first conversation and the review of your processes are free. We name a price only once we can see what there is to save; scope and price are then fixed in the contract before work begins. No hourly billing.

How long does it take?

The audit — 3 weeks. Implementation — 8–16 weeks depending on scope. Deadlines are fixed in the contract.

Where is our data stored?

On EU servers (Hetzner, Helsinki), in compliance with GDPR. AI processing is done by the providers listed in our privacy notice, which may be outside the EU unless we agree an EU region in your contract.

We have no IT department. Is that a problem?

No — that is exactly who we work for. You manage the system with plain instructions; we handle the technical care.

What if the system does not work as agreed?

Payments are staged against written acceptance criteria. If a criterion is not met, you do not pay for that stage.

Will we definitely receive EU funding?

Nobody can promise that — whoever does is misleading you. During the audit we provide an honest eligibility assessment against the calls in force at the time.

Accepting engagements

Start with the audit.

Three weeks, a fixed fee, no obligation to continue. You receive a plan you can execute with us or without us, and a clear answer on whether your project qualifies for EU support. In your first email, describe your company and what you’d like to automate — that way we reply faster and sharper.
